Baltic Brand Forum 2019

About Event

How are people’s habits formed today? How can we change them or make new ones in the best possible way to benefit not only our brand but also the whole society? Or should we just react to emerging trends? How ready for performance marketing are advertisers, media, agencies? These are only some questions we will try to answer in the first Baltic Brand Forum.

Inspired by the 30th anniversary of The Baltic Way and celebrating 15 years of Baltic Brand ranking, the first Baltic Brand Forum will be held on October 3 in Riga in Hanzas Perons.

It will consist of pannel discussions and bright industry professionals from Baltic countries and guest speakers from UK with remarkable international experience in successful brand making.

Special guest speakers:
- Les Binet, Head of Effectiveness at adam&eveDDB (UK)

Les is a world-renowned expert in the field of marketing effectiveness and has probably won more effectiveness awards than anyone else. Les has written extensively on how advertising works, how to make it work better, and how to evaluate it.
Les is a member of the Wharton Business School’s Global Advisory Board on the Future of Advertising, and a regular columnist for Admap magazine.
In 2014, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising awarded him The President’s Medal, the highest honour it can bestow, in recognition of his achievements.

- Malcolm Devoy, Chief Strategy Officer for PHD EMEA (UK)

Chief Strategy Officer for PHD EMEA. He has been with PHD for 7 years and during this time Malcolm has led global strategy for brands such as GSK, Ferrero, Skoda and Audi. Malcolm has also helped build PHD's gamified planning system called Source and has co-authored books on challenger brand behaviour ('Overthrow' 2012), gamification ('Game Change' 2013), artificial Intelligence ('Sentience' 2015) and the future of marketing and technology ('Merge' 2017). Malcolm has most recently co-written 'Overthrow 2' on the new golden era of challenger brands and the strategies that drives their extraordinary growth.
